It really depends on your location, there are remote jobs obviously but I think it would be easier for a junior to not work remotely, at least not entirely.
today the junior skill bar is quite high I would say, you'd probably need to be pretty good with css, html, js and then deepen your skills with a framework/library such as react along with some of the common and useful tools like redis or mobx.
you'd still need to know some server side to at least be able to cooperate with the backend, API's, express, databases such as SQL or mongodb.
it's not magic, you need to sit and learn quite a lot, I wouldn't say it's easy but it's doable.
