Dev1ce and BlameF are solid core, but they really really need an aggressive element and Gla1ve cant do that by himself.
Mistr needs to go, it's just true. He gets lower ratings than Xyp who is the team's supportive element and might even be a problem himself.
So who is available? K0nfig if he's willing to return? Staehr for way more than they're willing to pay? Stavn/Roej if they're willing to pay a lot?(they probably wouldn't go anyway) Kjaerbye? Fessor(probably best available)?
Who else available in Danish scene?
Imo 2023 will tell if they will stay full Danish

If Astralis would have somehow made to Brazil. They would have considered keeping him around. News of his removal came after RMRs were over. Major is a big money maker for Orgs like Astralis. K0nfig costed them potentially millions by
1. Starting a fight that had would have accomplished nothing other than a ego boost.
2. Getting beaten up 1 week before RMR. 1 Week. I saw K0nfig's tweet and immediately knew Astralis is not making challengers stage.
Astralis has done a lot of shitty things to quite a few people Bubzkji, Lucky, Maybe farlig (on fence for this one). K0nfig was a not one of them.

They needed changes before the RMR anyhow lol. It's not like Konfig cost them something or or they missed out on a chance at winning, they were horrible. Now they at least have an awper but still they are in the same spot as they were earlier this year with only 2 fraggers. Even if they had Konfig right now I think they would still struggle because they have 0 T side players.

K0nfig did cost them sticker money.
And again, K0nfig was not booted for performance issue. He was booted for being a PR disaster. Not something Investors like. Then there is potential loss in revenue that sticker generates. Picking up a fight that he had no chance of winning (In his tweet longer he mentioned he saw the guy who stopped him going towards parking, so he went after him. Don't pick a fight you can't win. Don't pick a fight that would cost you career. Orbital injury shit would could have wrapped his sense of depth forever.) Malta goons didnt come and beat up k0nfig (if this would have happened, he would have my sympathy). He went after the goon and got beaten up. how is he the victim ?

Bottom line is Konfig is gone, its in the past. The truth about Astralis right now is they have about the same team they had earlier this year with 2 fraggers lol. Glaive and Xyphx are not going to be flipping a switch and constantly posting 1.00+ ratings out of no where, they are washed up, just watch the teams T sides. I honestly do not see a future for this team and I bet we see more changes in the coming months.

dev1ce, blamef, staehr, zyphon and gla1ve is a legit top caliber team and if they get that then there's no excuse for gla1ve to underperform anymore
k0nfig would be good if they didn't get rid of him, HIGHY doubt he'd rejoin. I think k0nfigs nailed on to join whatever roster TSM put together
I’ve read multiple places that Konfig is difficult person to play with because he only knows aggression (in game and seemingly real life). It makes it difficult for an IGL if you’re constantly having to pull back the reigns. I think if BlameF could get through to Konfig to chill that it could work for Astralis.

I think it would work. Esetag is solid at everything and he fit their system really well when he played with them in the online era
Realistically
Astralis have a lot of moves actually. Astralis is weaker but still the powerhouse of Danish CS:GO and still get first picks in the talent pool despite dropping off in quality.
They dont have that many options, Staehr probably being the most likely. But Sprout also has Zyphon that had a very solid major and could also potentially be picked.
Stavn/Roej/Teses will not happen, why would Stavn and Teses leave a much better and safer team with players they are familiar with for inconsistent ass Astralis
In all actuality though my "realistic" guess is that the plan for now is to stick with Mistr until an opportunity arrives.

Astralis didn't make it to rio so that's a solid million and a half out the window. It strongly damaged their public image and ability to dominate the danish talent pool.
They haven't won shit frankly.
Look at the player history, they bought K0nfig for big dollars but released him on a free. They haven't and wont get anything for Farlig. Nothing for Fessor and Zyphon. The Astralis talent team has given them nothing except a soon to be benched MISTR and Misstou. But is probably quite expensive as all the talent players are getting actual pay.
Astralis split with their parent company RFRSH who host Blast events. Costing them millions.
Their stocks are crashing. Since April 2021 their stocks fell over 66% in value
They invested a ton in LOL, R6 and Fifa and have seen basically no roi. They are rumored to be selling their LOL slot.
They invested in a womans team that has yet to play a single match under the Astralis banner after 3 months. One of the players have had serious allegations that she has commited sexual assault:

Like when have you last heard good news about Astralis in like the last year. It was even rumored that Astralis couldn't afford to buy out device. He ended up having to pay out of his own pocket the remaining sum to get out of the contract. And most likely NIP was interested in selling Device much earlier but Astralis simply couldn't pay the price NIP was asking.

They should get hunden as coach.
And something like -xyp -mistr +staehr +zyphon.
Someone like es3tag could perhaps work too, but if they didn't go for valde I don't see them going for es3tag. He's 27 as well. And the team is way too old already, so going for the young sprout guys makes much more sense
