Since 16yo you have to go to millitary base which is in city for check-ups to get a category of being able to go to army. Its from 16 to 18 years old. If you study your army invite getting delayed and then you again doing check-ups. Its boring and very hemoroic but you have to.

GUYS Its basic medical examination at the age of 16, even before war it was a thing, EVERYONE goes through it, including me, its funny to spend 8 hours wandering from therapist to dentist to other 10 doctors, but all this is done basically for government to be aware of your medical condition, not drafting you to army

Also you can just do it straight and pay if you failed at denying your way to army by medical way. (I did by medical way, good to know I have people who works in Hospital)

By the age of like 16-17 you should go to that army draft thing and "register" yourself. And alongside with it you should have medical check. There is a list of disieases that isn't allow them draft you, so they check you and get you a category of like availability for army (A A1 B B1 C and etc). So he is kinda free til 18 after that only university/collage/sickness/your own little kids can save you.
