The pc is new also did some tests as for the internet I used to play on an older computer just fine and in the old pc the hard drive was 10 years old I had to verify twice every day but I can play

Not really. It's something you do in cmd. What it does is trying to send a signal to that site multiple times so that you can see how long that information takes to arrive.

It's just a ping fonction to check your connection . The -t argument allows this test to be performed continuously. Like here: i.imgur.com/k9s3hCU.jpg

Damn that sounds strange . What happens if you try to reinstall It could be some weird update or installation of another while or update that happened during the installation that causes the corrupted files

You could try "status" command on console when on a server with high ping. This will show in which server you are connected. Maybe you are connected in a server way too far. This could pinpoint if the issue is in the game or on your side (pc, internet, etc). Although I think 1000ping is too much to be a server connection issue...

try ethernet, or if that is not possible update your wifi card drivers. If that doesn't help, try a cheap USB wifi card just to check if your wireless card is dying or glitching.
