then try some random pros cfg & look if it gonna make any diff (autoexec aswell) , then try to figure out which is the best options for you , also make sure u use all processors (threads) in game

Its not the ram for sure, 8 GB 3000Mhz isnt great nowadays, but is enough. If you use 2 monitors try disconnecting first and if you use windows 11 that could be the source of the problem!

dont listen to guys, 8gigs is more than enough. something is wrong, but it's not about 8 gb. btw pretty sure your fps is fine with your rig. maybe u play on 128 tick and benchmarks are on 64

16 gb to 32 gb generally doesn't improve performance (assuming memory speeds and latencies stay the same) unless you are already limited by the memory. Also maxing 16 gb while gaming, especially a few years ago was not likely.

I have the same problem with an ryzen 5 1600, 16gb and rtx 2060 it only uses 50% of my cpu and less than 50% of my GPU my fps are really unstable going from 300 to 70

Have you checked the thermal compound between your CPU and heatsink? Fairly notable performance boost after wiping off old dried and replacing it with new compound.

use project lasso. it gives u a power plan that optimizes ur cpu and inside the app you can set the cpu priority for csgo as the highest ez fps boost on laptop i never dip below 120

Fr? I play on laptop sometimes as well but average 60-90 fps, or 90+ on workshop maps and offline maps w bots. Btw I use 1024x768 all settings low. Is it worth giving the program a shot? Although the laptop has a 2gb gpu, i3 cpu and 8gb ram

i mean i get 120+ in valorant, i havent tried in csgo yet but its going to be even higher cus cs is easier to run. ive also done other optimizations for my laptop not just the lasso. both games are really cpu heavy, my cpu is better than yours but its always worth trying if u can get more fps.

Have to reinstall windows daily, wash your mousepad hourly, vacoom your motherboard inbetween games, console clear in every freeze time and after every death, download ISLC and set timers to 0.5ms, unpark cores, park cores, parallel park cores, run your cores through a red light, delete workshop maps, verify integrity of game files, tweak nvidia settings, shaders on, no no shaders off with low latency on ah there we go, download latest driver, revert to 259.72 cause it works the best, everything on low, overclock your ram overclock your cpu, infinite console settings noone knows what they do just use them, noo your interp should always be 2 online but if you have 50+mbps your interp should be 1, just move to Kazakhstan and use interp 42 so your game can run smooth on 100 ping instead of shitty on 30. Did i forget something?

Ask them about configuration in game, usually people play shit resolutions stretched and everything in very low thinking they will turn into s1mple, that gives a lot of boost in fps but it makes the game to look like 2009 one. It's funny when people ask for source 2 to have rt light and shit when they will keep play the game with all those functions off to get 800fps in 800x600 instead than 300fps with everything in high.

ram could be issue but not amount 8 Gb is enough but it has to work in dual channel mode if you have 4Gb+4Gb make sure you install it properly (check out your motherboard guide) if it just one plank of 8Gb go get second

I cant post new theard. I post it here. Hello. I have very rare problem. I have optic fiber internet 120/4 3ms. During daytime play i have perfect 30ms var: 0 loss: 0 In nighttime at 20h 21h i start to have loss: 8, 9%. For about 10secconds, and than 0 for about 30seconds. Again and again. My friend with same internet provider same. Third friend with other provider have no problem. Provider said its not their problem. I have 2year contract. Can someone help resolvinf isue, i flushed dns, restared modem, basicly all primary stuff. I have windows 11, wifi6e, but i play on enthernet cable. Thanks and sorry for bad english
