What i wanted to prove here is that the vegetarian/vegan diet that user was implying to be "more healthy" for the sake of not having toxins is factually wrong, because unless you own the farm, 99% of the food today (regardless of the type) is contaminated.
Btw, the poison, metaphorically speaking, is in the dose, obviously eating only meat everyday is not healthy nor sustainable, but the inverse is true, we cannot live adequately long term only on vegetable without even dairy products, the real "deal" here is that humans evolved for eating almost anything that surround us, and while our bodies can survive based on 1 macronutrient alone for certain amount of time (see, vegans and ketogenic diet) that's a survival trait, not a diet we can live on indefinitely, as in reaching old age while keeping peak brain performance (which is almost a requisite of the modern world btw).
