for diner, an escalope à la crème + mushrooms with spaghettis
Morning: Hercules porridge with banana or berries, sandwitch with avocado and salmon, on drink tea without sugar.
Dinner: Fresh salad with oil and lemon juice combine with salt and pepper. Salad of cucumber, tomato cherries, Beijing cabbage and green onion. Chicken or Turkey fillet with spices. On drink Fresh orange juice.
i made an omelette with cheese and chilli curry paste a couple of days ago and shit was absolutely scrumptious, it’s my goated breakfast now

morning: loaf bread with cheese, ham, oregano and onion and a cup of coffe
dinner: rice, bean, steak, french fries and 1 fried egg.
Normal Brazillian food i think.
You can't go wrong with a hearty English breakfast (sans the black pudding).
Obviously not something you should eat every day.

breakfast: grilled cheese melt, butter in the pan and make sure the chicken or meat of your choosing is heated up enough to synergize with the cheese and bread in the pan
dinner: Mongolian beef is my personal favorite but it's a weekly occurrence at best, more commonly mac and cheese, Philly cheesesteak, pizza, lasagna, etc. there are many good options

i don't eat breakfast most of the time but when i do it's eggs with some vegetable

morning eggs and toast. takes 3 mins to make and is full of nutrition. there's obviously more complex breakfasts that could taste better but for the time to taste/nutrition of eggs and toast, nothing comes close.
dinner blackened salmon w/ whatever vegetable and carb you want (asparagus, brussels sprouts, rice, quinoa, potatoes).

dinner: Brazilian bbq with garlic bread.
Perhaps not most popular dinner choice, but groats with meat, mushroom and onion sauce are great. You just gently fry some mushrooms and onions, add water and your favourite meat, add salt and pepper, cook under a cover and make a sauce, it should have a boullion consistency. Then cook some groats in salted water for about 20 minutes and add to the sacue. Tastes killer with some beetroots or pickled cucumbers. A true slav classic and the nutri value is top notch. Keeps you fed for the rest of the day

American Black Angus Fillet but the middle part, slice to like 1cm pieces and grill it on an Inhouse (Tabel) Grill and Pommes with a lot of different premium sauces, best thing to eat with your friends on your Birthday

Lunch: salmon & veggies. No rice cause insulin resistance causing sleepiness
Dinner: some pasta or rice dish with salad or anything
