Even though i like NaVi, i don't like their approach to these type of situations. For example there are orgs that seem more friendly towards players, like coL (Jason Lake quickly reached out to oBo's parents while he was posting this weird shit on his twitter )
Edit: oBo was already a former coL player, but still had some connections with them

it's not weird since they are a turkish only team. there are like 8-10 turks who may be on the required tier 2 level at least, their replacements was even worse and woxic said gg so totally understandable. This was meant to be a superteam, but it can't be done with only 1 good player (XANTARES) and 1 player between tier1-2 (woxic) and 3 bots.
-nbk -apex -mixwell in G2.
The team were making progress, and just succeed to qualify for a big event.
G2 decides to remove them just before the event (kind of unfair), to replace them by Shox who were injured just before, Smithz who were out of form since he was coach for a bit more of a year, and Ex6tenz as a stand in.
From outside, one of the most unfair and silly decision i saw in the top scene.

Ahh yes definitely because they replaced the aggressive space maker with a lurker not because the IGL was changed who made lots of changes to how G2 played the game.

He's a great IGL but by the end it was pretty clear that his style didn't mesh with the rest of the team. That iteration of G2 just wasn't the team for him imo, hope he does well on NIP.

Nivera by far. Best teammate ZywOo ever had, and they got rid of him over misutaa or Kyojin when 6 man rosters were banned.

Because 6 man rosters were "banned" and he was the 6th man. They didn't want to bother with integrating him in the main line-up and gambled on Kyojin as a promising young talent instead. Kyojin turned out to be a pugger and far from ready for pro play, becoming one of the lowest rated Vitality players.
Meanwhile Nivera had the second highest rating, second to ZywOo, and has proven to be an incredibly valuable asset, topping the stat leaderboard on every event he was utilised on. He proved to be one of the most consistent and impactful 6th players at that time.

Do you really think they prefered gambled with an unproved subtop french player only knowned for cheating in his youth despised by whole french community at this time while they had an already signed consitent good second awp/rifler ? Nothing to do with Nivera toxicity and communication problems ?

I have never heard anybody comment on Nivera's attitude. On the other hand, I specifically remember Kyojin having a lot of trouble with communication.
The only source for those Nivera rumours is KRL, who is a well known drama queen in the french scene. So every rumour taken from him should be taken with a considerable pinch of salt.

How noone is mentioning Bubzkji is crazy to me. Homie was promised to get to play his roles, only to be forced to play some weird support/bitch role, while being the most promising rifler they had.
Then proceeds to get benched for xyp and only occasionally getting to play Nuke (with roles he doesn't like), then gets put back on the roster when Gla1ve's kid was on his way, carries them through the rmr and gets them qualified for the major, only to then get benched again for Gla1ve.
He then proceeded to be benched for the remainder of his time on the team and then gets kicked.
Astralis destroyed his career.

Honestly with this team and monesy in it I wouldn't bet on JKS being a better option than Amanek. Amanek got fucked when his role was tied up, when he was free Amanek was one of the most insane and smartest players around.
SDY got kicked over nothing, Lucky got fucked in Astralis, many would say Bubzkji but I think it's partially his fault from his interviews. For interz I think it's more about him wanting to leave, moving to a different continent is not for everyone.
Shox was doing really good in Vitality, him being kicked was a mistake because he could be an IGL and orders of magnitude better than Apex will ever be. Shox does a lot of mid rounds, that's a real shame.

Jks is 2.5 years younger and has a much higher ceiling plus his addition allowed hunter to transition into a much more impactful T side role

I was more focused on the fact that Amanek was given the awp, not his preferred role. Doing JKS role which is an anchor with some lurks is something I see him being good at because there is space there.
But that depends on a team, Amanek is a smart player and is good with mid round calling and it could be the "too many cooks in the kitchen" kind of thing with Hooxi and Niko doing a lot of it and trying to enable monesy to do it more and more.
Hunter is also doing it, think Hooxi mentioned that Hunter manages A site on inferno.

I think communication is a place where jks would be preferred. I have a theory that any international team needs 1 native speaker of the teams language in order to be elite. Faze are the only proven elite level international team and they have Twistzz so I guess I need to see one more become elite before I can say for sure lol

after this infamous fight he also wished to part ways with astralis, it was a mutual agreement, but he was still probably pressed by astralis to leave.
but yeah, blameF and k0nfig = very good chemistry and k0nfig in good form can be a monster in entry-fragging
