every organisation makes their own rules. teams are contracted to those organisations. if a team breaks these rules they can be charged for breach of contract and therefore legally pursued.
outsiders certainly had to agree that they are not allowed to represent the vp brand.
imagine that barcelona buys lewandowski from bayern. bayern gets the money for him but lewandowski refuses to play for barca and keeps playing for bayern.
this is illegal because lewandowski singed a contract with his new organization and did not comply. therefore he can be legally charged.

Virtus Pro had won another major and ESL VP can't do sh1te about it.

Yeah. organizations choose to exclude them, not the government. I don't support their decision. Virtus Pro is uncensored in other esports. Just because ESL, BLAST etc want to rub willies with politicians they are enforcing rules that fuck over organizations like VP.

I think that the value of the deal wasn't announced and that they wouldn't sell the whole team for less than 2-3 millions or maybe even more. If you know some inside information that it was for 1 million, OK.

No one usually shares this information officially but most reports were saying about 1mil
And gambit just collapsed as an org so it's not only about CS. If remember correctly they just made a couple of full disbands in other games cuz they couldn't sell the players

Also a single person is not a protest, a thousand is, making arresting people harder and if the security forces start firing live ammo you have another reason to continue because it's going take awhile before things get better for the average russian, because whoever Putin chooses to succeed him will be about as bad as he is.

1) Outsiders are still officially under VP, its not their fault that tournament organizers dont have the balls to outright ban them and have to use this loophole, but everyone including said tournament organizers knows that they are still funded by VP
2) Technically VP changed owners and now have an Armenian ceo, so whats the problem in sending the trophy to some Armenian address?
