probably isn't that high but it only needs to be 10% to get cheaters in basically every game. given that it's impossible to tell how many "passive cheaters" there are since they don't really show up in overwatch, I'd say it's irrelevant because they're going to be close enough to the limit that a legit player can play at. Based on my own experience, I'd put blatant cheaters at maybe 1-5% because I probably only get them in like 30% of my games. The only way to guarantee that you don't play with cheaters would be to have a very selective 10 man's group. Otherwise, MM alternatives like FACEIT and ESEA don't prevent anyone that actually wants to cheat on their platforms. Chinese 5stacks on faceit are cheating like 90% of the time.
