Yeah, I was there watching Luminosity when they came out of nowhere and won those majors, I had just forgotten FalleN was that high on the HLTV top 20 once upon a time, crazy. I think s1mple being IGL could definitely be better than electronic but am just not sure he'd want to because I feel like he would've done it by now, maybe if their performance as a team really starts plummeting even more.

I am only speculating, but maybe s1mple is in a bit of a slump because his head isn't in it right now, which wouldn't make him a good IGL right now.

giving calls to random teammates = 1 random pug with zero consequences and zero responsibility, and there is nothing on the line. they play it for practice
giving calls to your team in a tournament = being directly responsible for the outcome of the match and winning/failing the tournament + you have to focus a lot on other things outside of the server, such as developing strats with coach, watching tons of demos (more than the rest of the team and so on

Guardian and s1mple did not get along very well and second time guardian joined navi he was already washed up (Im guardian fan btw)
or just add back Boombl4 and navi again top 1 and s1mple can abuse awp
Nope. Its about roles. Navi lost to G2 cause NiKo destroyed b1t on Nuke outside. B1t is good but he can never go solo lurk or entry vs Niko alone XD. Niko is too good for this kind of bad plays. This plays will only work bad teams or players but never vs insane players like rain or Niko. Navi needs to add more to their game than just the outside lurk. They lost to FaZe last year in the Antwerp major cause of outside lurks aswell. They need to have a better strat book. Navi actually played really good on Inferno as a team specially on the T side. They need to fix their Banana CT side. They gave alot of entries on Banana. Ofcourse its Niko but still they need to be better. For the team, its a process. It takes time, if they win now, they will lost afterwards. So its better to build a team who is gonna last long even if they lose now but win later. Roles look much better now than with sdy. The only problem is b1t. But blad3 keeps giving b1t new roles every 3 months, and thats just bad. B1t is a good guy and he usually agrees to it. But most of the players would do not this. B1t can be a star but he has to get the exp by playing that role for a while. I hope blad3 understands this and just let the team build but it will take time. M0nesy would be a good fit but not now. Maybe next year. M0nesy is still learning. He needs more time. Trust me filling the s1mple role in Navi would be much harder for him mentally and in game than playing in G2. Its better for him to develop himself in G2 for a next year atleast.
