WARNING: not a 1v1 THREAD
1) To be TIER S, you must have shown your ABSOLUTE best AIM on The BIGGEST Stages and VS the best teams in the world consistently: (that’s why xantares not in TIER S, or no TENZ)
2) This is not a RIFLE TIERLIST but an ALL-WEAPON AIM tier list, meaning the capacity of aiming and Killing with every WEAPONS CSGO offers to you (most used weapons give you the most points tho).
3) MIXT OF: (HS/Spray/Tracking/Transfer/Crosshair Placement/Reaction Time/consistency/adaptability)

1) NIKO/ZYWOO/S1MPLE trio (they are the most likely to have the best AIM with any random weapons they get and during the biggest tournaments and stages)

Well if you're gonna mention prime x y and z why not mention prime current players, s1mple obviously isnt in his prime, nor is zywoo, and if they were, not that they could be higher, but they'd be understood as better, same for NiKo, and I'd make a case for ''prime'' YEKINDAR in 2021 with his aim was unlike anyone else.

because a "pick" is not relevant if it is not happening during a long enought time, players without "Prime" is either because they always have had around the same Aim level or because it didnt happen for as much time as others prime. It would be unfair to note "Prime" of some players that lasted only few months and others for more than 2 years

it is not, you can see "Prime Dev1ce" being in the top20% aimer of all time. What made him so good was his positioning and awping mostly, he never had a better aim than prime magisk and dupreeh for exemple, just like Prime Fallen, top20% aim ever, thats already better than other legendary awper like guardian, kennyS (could make the top20% in his prime actually), jw etc...

clearly you missed his time when he was rifling or his pistol rounds. I agree he had a lot of good position and gamesense but I didnt take that into account for this list i know he loses against simple aimwise. but device was much like twistz is now only he is also a sic awper which twistz isnt.
either you put device next to twistz or put them both just one rank lower in the top tier 1 imo.
and I agree twistz is a sic aimer.
its the one thing device always had over other awpers like fallen, kennys and guardian. he was sic with rifle as well pure perfect hyrbid.

I stand by my statement that you didnt see device prime rifle times. it reeks all over the place about that since you compare his rifle skills to that of likes of kennys,prime fallen etc and even if you say twistz rifle aim which is sic would still be above device it doesnt justify with the lack of twistz awp capablity as you described zywoo, niko and simple.
niko was a good awper back in the mouzsport days too granted far worse awper then any of the other mentions in the same line but I agree his sic rifle aim and deagle aim over so many years puts niko in S tier.
im agreeing a lot with your list even with twistz but not if device is not next to it imo both should be top tier1 not tier S.

you re probably the only person in the entire world thinking dev1ce should be next to twistzz in a AIM pov. I am a big fan of dev1ce for his positioning and brain and i have definitly watch him play since 2014. he was never a better aimer than magisk and dupreeh, he was the smartest player in the game by far until 2018/2019 s1mple / zywoo era.

better aim then magisk yeh device defiantly had better aim then magisk. magisk was great in spraying and transferring imo better in that department of aim factors then device but that was all.
I agree dupreeh has sic deagle and rifle aim.
I think you over credit device positioning and oversee his aim skill due to his humble personality and defensive teamplaystyle a tad too much. he isnt the guy to say I have better aim then dupreeh. the opposite he credits his team mates like rez and dupreeh for having sic aim. excluding himself. his rifle skills was on par with dupreeh better and worse at times. depends what time you go by since he took the main awp role. go back to tsm and dignitas times.
He isn't the only one....you cannot be top 10 7 years in a row with only positioning .... Guy is a sick aimer and his rifle work is pristine

alright lets say this: its hard to say where device should be placed but for sure not the position you currently have him and I would place twistz just in the top tier 1 for the sake of this all. he is just below niko.

Prime fallen had absolute insane aim, also i think you discredit my list because its named "tier3", there could be like 10 tier so being tier3 means you already have a top20% best aim ever in TIER1 csgo which is insane, it means dev1ce has same aim as godlike aimers like : FROZEN and HUNTER. The player i would the most compare dev1ce aim is SHIRO as they both play BB with insane and underrated aim but still not better than the ones in tier1/2 ranks

if you think device should be placed where he is right now. sorry otherwise great list.
I can see why you would compare him to shiro though but you make the same mistake shiro rifle skills is far lower compared to that of device while their is a lot more compairsion in their awp aim.
before zywoo and simple etc device was one of the few who could do it all with any weapon.

hell I remember games where niko would rip the astralis guys with the rifle and device was the only one from his team who would have niko’s number time and time again in rifle duel. astralis still lost that game. same with the awp against other top awpers.
point being device rifle, awp and pistol imo is just below that of the s tier throughout so many years. he is the only one whois in that category. all the compareable others are just compareable on just the awp or just the rifle. unless you are simple or zywoo who are ofcourse above him.
also other hyrbids like olofmeister,forest,pasha, rez never had both weapons at a level in which they could consistently take head to head duels against the best in the representative weapon and come out around 50%

thanks man in that game im talking about I was expecting and excited to see dupreeh go head to head with niko but it was device with the rifle in that match to my surprise. since this was in the time device was the main awper I didnt expect that aim level out of him. I would think Niko in ripping heads form would be too much for “out of rifle form device” but in that match he wasnt.
there where more examples like this over time. his aim by his playstyle gets overshadowed but okay im a bit biased im also a bit right that he is placed too low in the aim department.

the guy is top5 over 5 years back to back? what are you talking about? on top of that he's the most unique player of all time, the way he peeks you makes your job harder, watch some of his demos from the enemy pov, they don't see device's head but only the shoulders. if you're new to the scene, I think you should keep your comments to yourself for a while & observe

thats the most 10iq comment i have ever seen on all hltv since i am here xD, just READ the thread again, this is an AIM ranking, not a positioning and brain Ranking in which dev1ce was the goat until 2018. Dev1ce never had a better aim than magisk and dupreeh, he was just the smartest and better psoitioned by far with also a top20% aim

Xantares has the best close range mechanical AIM in the world, there is 2 problems for him to be in S tier :
didnt proove it enought on the biggest toornaments / vs Top tier Teams
lack of reliability in some long range fight due to his big Gap crosshair in comparison with the guy above him

Imagen having compareable rifle aim skills to the likes of dupreeh, konfig, electronic, hunter, spinx, magisk, coldzera, fer, blamef etc and being the god awper that device is then still being placed lower as the rifle equals on the list. just because his positioning playstyle and taking the main awp role overshadowed his underestimated aim skills.
if any when device is equal on the rifle and is even a better awper than most other awpers bar simple and zywoo that places him above those equal riflers.
not even taking into account the pistol aim.
doesnt make sense.
unless you dont remember his rifle skills.
which is exactly what happened here and I dont blame him for it its hard to make this list and many forgot how good device was with the rifle. for his own standards he was better on the rifle then the awp but most wont remember him like this. which is understandable. wrong none the less.

Not at all, if you think xantares had godlike aim like zywoo / s1mple and niko for at least 4 years in all tier1 events and stages you definitely haven't watched CS. He was in real Tier1 for 1 year and some months and never had an aim like those guys vs the best teams. You can also see his rating vs top teams being pretty low. Where i have put him is already the highest he can get, he is the goat of very close range robotic aim tho but the guy above him are better with way more weapon and way more situations as way more events.

Don't create perception! 'you must have shown your ABSOLUTE best AIM' does not mean aimers of the best teams. If you mean the aimers of best teams, just tell like that. If you tell absolutely best pure aimers, you have to evaluate all aimers that all we know. You can not decide a player how is good, evaluating with teams. You just want to hear 'Zywoo is the best' aimer. So I say ZyWoO is the best aimer, is that okey?

you re completly delusional, if you dont put these rules best aimers could be people like TENZ or some other unknowns nerds that will never have an as good aim on TIER1 toornaments and big stages, also i am sure some random unknown ppl can have the best aim in the world from their home but no one cares, we cares about players that play in the relevant toornaments

ZywOo ? No he hasn't proven himself on the biggest stages, he is only player in cs history to have been top 5 hltv and not reach a major semi finals, he hasn't won any of the best tournaments.

ECS : Online qualifiers that stopped some of the best teams attending the event and not comparable to epl
Epicenter : end of the year event without the best teams in the world
2 Online tournaments from home
IEM Winter, end of the year event without Navi and modt of the teams there had dead roasters and made changes right after
EPL S16 : Biggest event in his career but still a studio environnement without a crowd
So that leaves Cologne and Malmo, 2 events back in 2019, so he hasn't proven himself, sale goes for m0NESY, blameF and plenty of other players

if Zywoo would have been doing that a little bit more on even more top tier events, i would have placed him above anyone, i think he will tho, he is so much ahead of anyone that it doesnt even make any sense statwise on rounds where 80% of what is needed is AIM :

How can you place him in the same level as NiKo and s1mple when both of those players have actually proven themselves on the biggest stages, and are you really using stats to compare players ? There are so many problems with doing that (Rifle / Awper difference in stats, role difference, baiting and going last into a site etc)

the link i gave you is Best PISTOL stats from all time in the History of CSGO vs TOP20 teams, vitality have been participating to all S tier events since 2019 and Zywoo has by a HUGE margin the best stats 0.10/0.20 more than niko and s1mple vs top20 / top10 and top5 teams.
This thread is about the best AIM ever, Zywoo has like 3 more years of real Tier1 than xantares that i didnt put over 3) for this reason.
Vitality has had ups and down and for now zywoo didnt win a major or katowice but that doesnt change the fact + he always have had better stats on LAN than online, you can check 2020 stats + always better stats on playoffs as well (one of the reason he was over s1mple in 2020)
+ only by simple eyes test, he has the smoothest aim, best tracking, best crosshair placement and by far best pure AIM pistol ever : hltv.org/stats/players/pistols?startDate..
literally best KD dif in 4 years than s1mple and niko have in double the time (8 years), and Zywoo often tends to bait even less in those rounds where 80% = pure AIM

Well but why are we looking at pistol stats ? They are just one aspect of aim, the majority of the time players play with rifles, this is honestly more of a hand picked stat, you can say that ZywOo is the best pistol player but yet again you have to consider that he has way less maps than NiKo and s1mple and that once he gets to the same number of maps the rating would be lower.Last thing that I want to add is that We have had players like dennis and Edward who were considered to be the best pistol players but we don't look at them as the best aimers

The pistol stat was just here to highlight you how much AHEAD zywoo is from anyone on rounds where your Aim makes you win. The rating is relevant because the difference with s1mple for exemple is only 25/30% on more than 500 rounds thats mathematicly correct to compare.
+ zywoo has been literally top1/top1/top2/top2 in a row so dont bring names like denis or edward thats useless, if zywoo aim was only pistol he would not have done that.
To end, a lot of people agree on the fact that zywoo is a better rifler than awper, his aim is the smoothedt with the best tracking and placement and he often gets his best rating when he plays full Ak on t side for exemple (epl 16).
+ he literally has as much pistol and deagle highlights in 4 years than niko / s1mplz in 8 years.
But overall those 3 players are the best you will ever see with every weapon pistol / p250 / Ak. S1mple has the edge on the Awp/ Zywoo on pistol and niko on Ak.
