So I am Swdish with Russian gf since long time.
If we have kids, I want a boy and to give him Russian name.
I have a badass Swedish last name.
But Swedish first names are just lame Christian names.
Russian first names are badass , Like Vadim, Kirill etc

I am very thankful to my parents for naming me Alexander and not Artyom or something, actually it was Aleksandr but something happened with the documents a while ago and I'm fine with it tbh, I'm called Sass here in Estonia and Alex everywhere else in the world.

From an Argentinian perspective, Kiril sounds turkish, take that as you may.
Vladimir, Mikhail and Nikolai are awesome Russian names in my opinion.
Also consider Artyom because i love Metro 2033.

Well you misunderstood, his name is Alejandro, davidovich is more of a useless middle name. His last name though is applied to women, I don't know what happened to it, but "-ina" ending is definitely feminine.

What's your scoop of survey, 2 or 2000 ppl? Tbh hard to tell, really depends which names and where you ask. In UK or Germany where is bigger percentage of Slavic immigrants than in Scandinavia it's different perception for variety of reasons. Just my opinion.
Just give him an international name that's easy to spell and pronounce.
