because vices have the bad wear pattern and Pandoras look clean even if they're WW. That's why they're so much more expensive than Vice. Same with amphibious terrible wear pattern, superconductors have the good wear pattern etc... why valve does this idk

Yeah but if I say a Safari mesh looks good with 4x IBP holo does that mean the safari mesh is good or do the stickers just look good with the safari mesh. I think you have to judge a skin based on how it looks plainly because otherwise it becomes far more subjective and circumstantial

It's not about how comparable they are, but the concept in which if you apply stickers, only then it becomes a good skin, which I don't think is a fair basis. The graphite itself, is not a good skin, and to add stickers is an unfair basis, because whether or not it is a skin that meshes well with stickers, its the stickers that make the skin good, not the skin itself, so why would I have any reason to call the skin itself good?

The skin actually looks very good on its own imo, but that's pretty subjective, and any sticker that looks good improves it, expensive or not

IBP is cool on a safari mesh but cooler on a graphite because the graphite is better built for sticker crafts.
You are using the exact same stickers yet it looks cooler on different skins. So is it the skins or the stickers making that difference? The answer is both which means it should also matter for the skin.

Well it adds value to it of course, but I find it many make their basis solely of how it looks with the sticker and blatantly ignore the skin itself which is what it should be mainly recognised for, the designer did not intend for it to be a canvas to be recognised only after it being painted rather his painting, if that makes sense.
But you also have some skins which work terribly with stickers but looks amazing on its own, like the neon rider, perhaps bloodsport skins, open to interpretation, insert whatever skin looks good without stickers, and on that basis, you don't value stickers at all, so where do you find a middle ground is my question.

I have one with 2014 stickers. mouz, lgb, ibp, titan, all non-holo but still love it.
Even if it was without stickers, it would still be my fav. awp skin just because its clean and modest

disagree about the howl, it looks insane, no other M4 comes close, and it's the only contraband skin in the game, it deserves its price and infamy
same with the d-lore, it was the first truly legendary awp skin, might look like shit but its too historic to be a cheaper skin

for the prices of some csgo skins (not necessarily most expensive ones) i can buy a land for "summer house" (or how its called in english), grow crops there and literally live from it
