Yes K0nfig is gone right now but also only for Spring which OG wouldn't make changes anyways because of the major happening soon. The point still stands, amazing players are being found for free all the time, whether it be through fpl or through academy squads, orgs take risks on these pug players all the time because they don't have to pay a buyout that way.
Ence made top 3 last year by signing a bunch of outcasts for example

Going for opening can go any player. That doesn't make them entry. Entry is ur role to gsther information aggresively or by going first in executes. Awper and igl lurker can also get opening attempts only support unlikely as much as entry... 2 quick examples. Awper goes for aggresive play at start of round thats opening attempt which doesnt make him entry. Another exAmple a lurker is holding on T side for CT push on other map side and he makes opening attempt by making contact with CTs who push one side of map that ur lurker is located And vice versa there are many examples. So no entry and opening attempts are 2 different things even tho it sounds like it.

neither of these 2 players are awpers so that part is irrelevant. And yes, every player *can* go for an opening kill, but the entry is going to do so much more than any other player on the team, hence their higher percentage of opening kill attempts.
There is a direct correlation between being an entry player and going for opening kill attempts, just look at the statistics for opening kill attempts, you will see awpers and entries at the very top with 25+% attempt rates.
Yekindar, Nafany, Patsi, Karrigan, Roej, Hooxi, Electronic, K1to, Brollan, entries are dominating this statistic

Why u even argue if I alrdy explain. Not gonna repeat 3 times so read it carefully ty. For example neofrag was anchoring on A boxes some rounds. If Ts peek from donut or A main on ancient and hes the first to get the shots it will mean he attepted opening that's hownthis statistic work it doesn't mean neofrsg went in he just held his ground. If enemy initiates first contact then u have opening attempt it doesnt mean that player entry just more likely but not always.

On a large enough sample size, an entry fragger is going to have a significantly higher opening attempt rate than any other player in the team. The data shows this.
Again, look at the opening attempt rate of players and compare it with who is the entry fraggers of any given teams

So firstly, you linked the both sides.
Secondly, half the people you listed are indeed entry players for their respective teams. Electronic, Grim, Brollan, Gla1ve/Buzz.
And thirdly, you're showing a sample size of like 12 maps, that's not enough, that allows for too much of a high variance.
If your argument is just "these entry players aren't entries" without anything to back that up, then that's not good enough

just watch todays game and their site executes. Neofrag was not once the first player into the site. It was usually flameZ or F1ku (when his lurk position turned into execute) and sometimes nexa. Neo was set up to trade and play after plants and nexa said in an Blast interview that they switched his positions so he had to think less and can focus on aim

Complexity is a budget team.
Still higher salaries then budget teams in Europe but there's no way he's making 30k a month. The reason Jason Lake gave up on the European project is the players wanted too much money to resign and they figured signing NA players at a lower price was a good way to consolidate the fanbase, keep presence in the game and maybe get lucky on a player or two.
I think Grim would go to an EU team. You can tell by watching him he wants to succeed in this game badly and it's a new era of CS. The NA scene is at it's least relevant point now then at any time in the history of this game.

That's not true at all.
Firstly, Xantares did have tier 1 offers before joining Big but declined them because he thought his english wasn't enough. Secondly, Xantares is not half as dumb of a player as people make him out to be, and he has grown a lot while playing with Big. The influence of Tabsen and Gob B has definitely rubbed off on him in that regard.
And thirdly, he would still get gigs in tier 1 if he would just choose to abandon this turkish project
you cant teach a 19 year old how to rifle a 1,32 rating if he doesnt have the natural talent to it. 19 year olds nowadays have same amount of hours like 28 year olds but ppl for some reason think they can "shape" 19 year olds just because theyre younger. there is countless examples of young players who were meant to be good and just sucked hard times, on the other hand u have older ppl who play consistent and good and dont get the offers just because they are not 17 y/o.

i think it would be possible for a guy like neofrag to shine in a team like og but i also feel like it would be too hard to make that work. og has the old faze/kinguin/g2 problem of too many stars who are too young and inexperienced and too many aggro players and ex star players in supportive roles...
they should think about everything rn, about players and their roles and also see it as a long time process because they need to get much more synergy and create a strong core thats built on trust. rn they often think too differently + you have to say that English communication is also something new for some players or wont ever be completely fluent for all.
maybe they sell flamez for a high price and get some other players who knows

I dont know why with some other teams people say "just give them more time" even tho those other teams usually have at least 2 veteran players.
This is a team with agruably 4 inexperienced players and a very young team as well. Just give them time and they can even become the next gambit youngsters, they just need to find what works for them. Changing things too quickly wont do anything good

Astralis without device was hopeless and even with device back they barely beat OG
they got device back recently and signed a rookie, it will take time before they hit their peaks

NEOFRAG is the only player I dislike on this team purely because of his lack of gamesense and decision making. I bet he's got the worst gamesense of any player on T1 scene. He's like a "good" aim (as in not top-tier but between average and top-tier) / no brain fragger, not good enough for T1, only when he peaks those 1/10 times. He's used to play very freely on his own in previous teams and doesn't seem like he's fully grasped what it means to play "in a system".
F1ku is good enough for the role, he would be the 2nd guy to be replaced but I think just swapping one player, team would get most out of swapping NEOFRAG.
If talking ratings, NEOFRAG is the guy that should have like 1.10~1.12 ratings (would be seen as great) if F1ku is supposed to have 1.0-1.05 ratings to be "similarly good" in the system.
