Same, also tracking feels without any weight feels like the mouse is floating. Also when holding long distance angles enemies seem way faster than they are on 165hz 300+ fps stable.

But it was like this all the time or what? Maybe some monitor settings makes you feel like this? Other high fps games are like this too?

MM or faceit? The problem you described can be also a internet issue, make sure you don't share your internet and you don't download nothing and test it with a 4or5G network if possible

i dont want to make you paranoid but it could be the outlet on your wall isnt grounded. try other fixes before worrying about this LUL

same thing happened to me but with a ryzen cpu my fixes were: make sure your cpu is cooled properly and isn't overheating or thermal throttling, repaste thermal paste if needed keeping cpu uptime low (by restarting or always shutting down) as well i changed my power settings to balanced instead of high performance or ultimate power plan other options: check your bios settings, reset all the settings or clear the cmos if your bios has that or a cmos jumper try undervolting your cpu for higher stability (just to test and see if it works) too tired to think of anything else atm but If none of those work reply back because tomorrow i'll probably be able to think of more things i've heard that worked

My problem is that lately my aim feels like i have acceleration ON which isnt the case. I dont know why is that.

the difference between accel/no accel is so different, there's no way it truly feels like u have accel on

brother i have 7k hours on cs, im lv 10 and im playing since 2k14.. i know how it feels without accel im tellin u i feel it faster sometimes in cerrtain moments

has the same. fps_max 300/400 (u have to put lock on ur fps, coz ur monster trying to get 1000+fps, thats why u have nano-freezes)

yeah, source engine will run game logic faster after a certain threshold :D then you're always out of sync with the server

Well, actually what I want is a spiritual successor for CS:Source, because it used to be a thousand times more fun for casual play with the community servers, the modded game modes and all that stuff. I'm getting too old for competitive so I mostly just follow the pro cs nowadays, but wouldn't mind a good old public server with 16, 32 or 64 players just having fun.
