I think the most common thing is to befriend the obviously roided dude at your gym. He will then get it for you.

It's not illegal to buy here in Brazil but is obviously against rules for any sport besides bodybuilding.
You could easily find cheap ones in the pharmacy/drugstore, but I don't know if that's the case anymore. Basically, the most common thing if you have money is to get your testo low so you can legally buy HGH treatments.
Where does one buy illegal drugs, likely it is all part of the same network.
I remember a warning poster from a Gym about steroids, something about that it helps grows muscles but that it also cause to have a soft willy. And that is just one of the issues, not something to toy with if you wanna stay healthy.
find someone at the gym that looks like they do steroids. get friendly with them and then after a while ask about roids.
