I knew lucky wouldn't work, he just was never that good. I had hope that they could have made farlig work though, if gla1ve truly was the best IGL in CSGO I'd expect him to be able to create systems around the players he has to work with. He had an aggressive set of players with k0nfig and farlig, yet he wasn't able to make it work. If the only AWPer you can make work is Device (who is basically the best kind of player a IGL could have) then you really aren't that good of an IGL.
