Well he actually did cheat. He used an unfair advantage unknowingly and then found out he used it after the fact. Instead of reporting it, he let it slide which is not okay.

Not really splitting hairs though, am I? My main point is that he didn't report it immediately, which is acting dishonestly. This is also under the umbrella term of "cheating". If HUNDEN didn't attract so much attention, he wouldn't have come clean about knowing.
Most people don't hate him for knowingly cheating. Most hate him because he knew HUNDEN cheated after the game and didn't say anything until the last minute. The attitude that he would only come clean after it was pretty much confirmed and it's a pretty unprescendented level of dishonesty and abuse of trust between the players and the rest of the scene.

Not reporting it is not under the umbrella of cheating at all, these are entirely different things.
And no, most people don't hate him for not reporting, aaany time there is conversation about him people just call him a blanket cheater and when called out they always repeat the same thing about not believing his crying statement and that he knew that Hunden was cheating while ingame

Yes. The two aren't mutually exclusive.
You can benefit from HUNDEN cheating whilst you are playing and only find out why he knew there was an enemy in a certain position after the game.
Your coach telling you where to expect someone isn't really out of the ordinary or something you would question as a player.

No they're not. What happened is that CadiaN benefitted from HUNDEN Cam mid-game, didn't realise HUNDEN was cheating because why tf would you question where your coach is calling and giving positions, it's normal. And then after the game, he found out.
He still benefitted from a game-breaking bug and was technically cheating.
The only part I will fault him on is that he didn't report it and probably would never have done so if it hadn't come to light.

You are wrong bro. The way CadiaN acted, not saying anything after finding out, makes him an accomplice of the cheating. Of course he gains an unfair advantadge by not reporting: the info advantage of HundenCam was used unknowingly by CadiaN but it was used nevertheless, and it is definitely an unfair advantage. By hiding the fact he became a partner of Hunden's cheating. So CadiaN cheated confirmed

Seems incredibly hypocritical.

I never claimed there should have been anything done about it. If anything, I think both the coach bug scandal, the BIG bug controversy and m0nesy bug abuse are all farces and blown out of proportion.
Of course the coach bug was a breach to competitive integrity, but it was ultimately Valve who was at fault.
My only point was that the Scottzera guy was being a hypocrite.
People are not hating on HUNDEN because of the coach bug.. if they were, they would be hating on all the coaches who abused the bug more than him and never admitted it. They are just hypocrites looking for excuses.
If anything, what HUNDEN did AFTER was way worse.
And hating on the Heroic players is even more retarded.

served his time? he was banned for what 2 years LUL he threatened ESIC with a court case which hand cuffed them that would hold up in court because it was an exploit that is essentially Valves fault and problem, he's still a cheater now astralis have a cheater coach once a cheater always a cheater.

I actually don’t get the Cadian hate, he seems like a dedicated and genuine guy, he trash talks a bit but it’s fun, it’s clearly all in good sport. I also like calling him camedian when he loses but I still think that people just want players to have zero personality and for them to not joke around
