+1 Similar effect was in old VP when Snax and byali had Taz, Neo and pasha who all were playing really well at the time and had good team chemistry.

Yeah and it's pretty impossible for complete rookie lineup to succeed without anyone with experience. These days the most talented players go from fpl or academy teams etc to an already established team but it's far more difficult to create like all-Polish team without someone like taz or snax.

Ex-gambit / cloud9 is here to proof it Without Hobbit they were just 5 promising young talents Now they are contenders and already won tier 1 tournaments and top 20 medals. Having a veteran helps a lot.
