idk, it seems to me that Britain will be higher than Rome. All the same, Britain had much tougher competition than Rome at the peak of its power. There was France, and Russia, and Germany, Spain, the Ottomans, the Netherlands. And among such rivals, to remain the first in the world requires serious competence. yep, say about "check flag"
