player A vs player B - who’s goingto be the highest rated played considering the entire event

For CSGO no.
The betting sites here are specialized for soccer, very few brazilian betting sites have diverse options to bet in csgo, 80% of the sime it is the usual round/map handcap and basic features.

Cuz that's dumb and you can get get 20x that during the tournament itself betting on particular matches.
It's not even a sure thing tbh. Sure h2h like s1mple vs fucking idk cadian would be at like 1.1 odds anyway.
Waiting all tournament for unsure thing is just pointless. You might as well lose on the first match and have some excitement watching the game at least.
