Also the biggest problem in Germany is less mafia (but we have those as well) and more family clans, mostly arabs. I guess you could call them mafia, but they are real family.

well, kinda agree with you, it barely exists. i knew few kazakhs (not personally ofc) when lived in moscow, they were kinda "up there", in terms of power. and its impossible to get "up there" without being somewhat criminal..
but yeah, now i live in tatarstan and there is almost no tatar mafia here, its just common criminal shit, without ethnic factor.
but i put them at D, cuz i cant really compare them to "mari mafia", or "komi mafia" which is 100% non-existent

i know its popular to shit on ur country's govenment, but they kinda managed to save a lot of industries from soviet times.
and this is suuuper important. i will explain why.
sure, it cant compete with modern western things, but old things (which is belarus) >>> no things (which is russia).
and cuz u saved a lot of factories, they require folks with good education (unlike street cleaner or taxi driver), which limits of migration of folks with bad education, who tend to construct ethnic mafia groups.

we dont have mafia here, we have around 40iq polititions who genuinely cant think even when they try to, newest example is - government announces that every citizen must make a ID card (European citizen ID card i guess), even if you have passport already or you will get fined. And they said everyone must make an ID card untill MAY
now the whole system is fucked up because there is queue for ID cards for at least next half year and people who dont even have any document cant even make them because there is queue for ID cards for next 6 months.
now they announced that ID cards wont be needed anymore because everything is fucked up :D:D:D
and we have many more retarded things happening here that are so laughable that i am surpsised that there are still people living in Latvia :D so we dont even need mafia, we have circuss going on 24/7
