only fix for grayhound is getting expirienced eu coach(THREAT XTQZZZ Kassad all free agent) and hard carry eu player (it can be igl) so he bring a litlle firepower than we maybe can expect grayhound actually going to legends stage or going to playoffs of some tier 1 tournaments

I'd beg to differ oce players ego is a bit different than superstars like Niko. Most oce players are just contempt with being the best in oce if we sent in a coach like XTQZZZ that would try and bring a system to oce team I believe the players would highly dislike it and the coach would be gone within a month or two I assume this because when the renegades picked up the gh team in 2019 they declined to go to NA to play agaisnt better opposition and rather stay in oce and farm shit teams. TLDR: OCE players dont want to challenge themselves and are contempt with being the best in OCE not the world

The scene is fucked atm, the top team in GH just steal any up and coming player, that destroys the previous team and creates a huge shuffle from all teams. Vertex are decent when in form, they just took Savage from Encore so now Encore are shambles. Grat needs to be in a team ASAP, sitting on the sidelines for way too long. AZR is just ?? in Denmark, who knows what hes doing, AZR/Grat and the Encore org didn't even announce they were going, they're both actually still in Encore's twitter bio of all things.

OCE scene is dreadful there is no change in playstyle you could most probably take the nameplates off of demos from 4 years ago and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Teams don't try and use different strategies they just pug agaisnt eachother in officials and hope they have a good game where the dropped 30 and our casters just suck up to them its very rare to see a caster or an analyst call OCE players out for their dumb plays on stream and question why they do things. TLDR : OCE CS is just faceit level 10 pugs

OCE scene will always have issues. there just isnt enough invested in the scene to build it up to a point where OCE teams can get the exposure internationally. its so expensive for oce teams to travel to europe and compete. if more was invested into oce scene more teams will be able to travel internationally and get more exposure and become better but it will take time and money.
