Not OC, but Gaules is pretty reasonable when he analyses CS scene seriously. He and his crew really understand CS and have pretty good insights not only about Brazilian teams but foreign teams also (he has more watching hours than the vast majority of CS pro scene, tbf). The thing is that he doesn't try to analyze things unbiased, he is a supporter of all Brazilian teams and most of the time he is trying to create hype/being humorous/defending the region (also even protect the teams from fans rage). Although it not seems like it, most brazilians are pretty aware of our current situation.

interesting. If I were to rank scenes I think it goes: 1. EU 2. CIS 3. NA (Really only because of Liquid) 4. SA (Mainly cause of Furia) 5. Asia (more international success than OC) 6. OC and 7th is Africa cause, well...
