First of all, we have a very high fan to population percentage, better than most countries with scenes, second, we will always get people from outside to fill in, especially since Portugal is very cheap for other Europeans and Americans

I personally think there are 4 factors for the choices of countries which should have a major.
1. Which deserves a major based on history in CSGO
Denmark (Won 4 majors)
Russia (Won like 2 majors)
Ukraine (Won 1 major)
Could argue Finland (Had good showings at some point)
2. Which has the biggest and best indoor arenas (This aint the biggest by list but which i would like based on size)
Japan (Saitama Super Arena - Saitama)
Greece (Olympic Arena - Athens)
Australia (Qudos Bank Arena - Sydney)
Germany (Could say Lanxess, but that would mean cologne is a major...)
3. Which would have the best crowd
Australia
Germany
NA (would be aight since they know how to cheer for other teams aswell)
4. Would it have a fine timezone for viewers across the country (If compared to Rio and other NA tournaments)

So overall I would say Denmark, Germany and Australia would be the good picks here since they are would have decent to really good crowds, arenas and timezones (except Australia).
Serbia, Bosnia or Albania to have fights and actually make it interesting
Australia will probably never get one because of the time zones, iem Sydney use to get a lot less viewers
