and aleksib is so cheap

You basically use too reduce the damage that a really bad (but really cheap) player would do to your overall score. But choosing a player that you expect to do bad is rarely worth it in my opinion (but I’m by no means a fantasy pro)

Dont use it at all, worst role

noob role is basically useless. it just makes your player go from -20 to -15 but why would you have a very cheap player not on a team that will 95% win their games

If at the end of the series the player has below a 0.8 rating they will get an extra 5 points, if they have between a 0.8 and 1.15 rating they will get 2 points and if they end higher than that they go no extra points. They can get the bonus points whether they win or lose but they are obviously more likely to activate the full points if they lose as will likely drop a lower rating. You don't really want to use this role on any of your players because it is banking on the fact one of them will do very poorly which won't get you the win but it can be good sometimes for players like Hooxi, Apex, etc.
