What do you do when you can not sleep? I listen to audio books but it is not always helping. Do you have some good methods to fall asleep easier?

yeah same here. If I dont sleep at all one night I just take a double breakfast as well at like 5am and 9-10am

so there is research about the light in the home, the light coming from ur computer or home is artificial and will confuse the body's cells to wake up this is mess with your circadian rhythm, so find a balance when u use both either ur computer light or home light you can workout before bed without barely any light confusing your body to wake up use the energy you have wisely brotha Shroud is a game who barely saw the sun playing video games all day yes? he has to listen to his body, use artificial light and blah blah blah so just listen to your own body your cells listen to your every thought when u label a part of ur body wrong, it causes sickness illness disease etc just choose love instead the body only needs 4 hours or sleep yes? during the day you can rest while doing anything yes? the body sleeps cause it needs rest... so stay restful during the day and your body can always be at ease what u can do are any of the 4 major exercises 1) pectoral muscles or 2) shoulder training or 3) hand training or 4 leg training like squats/sissy squats (youtube.com /watch?v=HiDXHg_Vglw&t=456s) it's also important to add 3-4 cardio sessions per week for 50 minutes take a cold shower in the morning, for 3-4 minutes do not shower your head only your chest down you can cold shower your head/hair separately that's a simply way to take a cold shower don't hurt urself don't have anything take away from the quality of ur life only choose things that add or multiply the quality of ur life to grow Hgh, human growth hormone, whatever it is you do, exercise or whatever, it needs to be intense, do it intensely, add intensity at ur own pace (warm up before it) intermittent fasting causes 400% testosterone and Hgh to grow at a fast pace this means you eat during a four hour period during the day, and you Fast for 20 hours you can do this everyday or 3-5 times per week

-Take a shower before goin to bed -Skip checking the phone 2 hours before u're planing to go to bed -Take a minor/standard whiskey 1 hour before bed -Reflect on positive things from the day/coming up the next day All of these works for me, though working full days, having all the responsebilities of the house and the children makes u quite tired naturally haha.

I've been listening to audio books o go to bed to for a couple months now and they help a lot. I turn everything else off at the plus and just have my phone playing audible audio books on my bed side table, it works most of the time but sometimes you get to a good section of book and I end up staying up an extra 2 hours listening to it.

I take melatonin with long release (8hours) Otherwise i just kill myself with sport at home 3 or 4hours before sleeping (like hundreds of push ups abs plank) i used to do that for months because i couldnt sleep at all, i was starting to get crazy Now i can sleep with all that, also weed

I put csgo on my rooms tv before I sleep, even games I already watched. EZ way to farm Twitch Points. PS not saying games are boring, they just help me sleep :)
