dupreeh is having a kid in about a month (around EPL I think) which means he will most likely go on leave like rain did. Who will stand-in for him? I think es3tag is the most likely candidate since he did pretty well in FaZe and was also in Astralis. I don't think dupreeh has been playing well lately so maybe they'll be even stronger with him. Are there any other options?

Why would they change the team now after all the work they have put in? If he goes on leave then sure someone will be played as a stand-in but to replace a player completely of a team that shows good signs of progress is just like throwing away all your work and starting again. NIP is the best example along with C9. While C9 will bounce back (hopefully) NIP have been doing this thing again and again. And look what has happened. They work so hard and a player gets replaced. And they go back to the "drawing boards".
