liquid changed something and is affecting him in a negative way, he wasn't always like this, they probably changed something super fundamental in the system. He isn't supposed to be a star player, he is supposed to be a hard entry but somehow he makes it ez and has star-player-like characteristics.

but you are not understanding my point, it is hard to be consistent when you are the entry fragger, ie running out first for info, maybe getting a kill then dying, you are not comparing yekindar to Niko, s1mple, electronic, ax1le, etc, you are comparing him to rain, Jabbi, konfig, frozen, etc. These players are fundamentally different from what I suggested because of their roles.
Ever since the online era, hard entry players have fallen off because they lose peeker's advantage on 50/50 duels. It's the same reason Nafany and C9 have dipped.

yeah I feel like liquid changed something drastic and crucial, he used to play really well on ct side, you can tell the difference between last year liquid and this year's liquid, over the break, they changed something funamentally, which is negatively affecting him. I agree liquid needs a change but it aint yeki, for me, I feel like they have to replace oSee before anything. first lqiuid change has to be oSee, you simply cannot afford a guy who has awp almost every round and barely get 1 kill, awp is way too expensive and with such little reward in return.
It's the same for a lot of these type of entries. Beautiful to watch on t-sides when things work, but difficult to find cohesion on CT. Brollan is the same way. Although I reckon yekindars CT utility is better than most other players with similar styles.
This Overpass would have been over if Yekindar wasn't 8/20.

Alright, the YEKINDAR slander needs to settle down. He has started off 2023 terribly, especially for the standards he has set across the last 2 years. He was pretty consistently the best player on Liquid last year, with blips of EliGE and NAF last year. He is reportedly sick right now, so maybe cut him some slack for the time being. It's not like he's their only issue at the moment.

Replace Stewie with Taco and Liquid still wins the 6 events they won. Elige,Naf and Twistz form is what made 2019 liquid so good. Stewie was an overrated toxic retard and that's why no one wants to play with him now.

I agree yekindar is a bit overrtated. But OSEE MAN THIS GUY missing more than he shoots overall even if its not possible. Yeah sometimes he can pop off but it's too late when he already lost lots of rounds.
