would love to know if the reason is within BIG or just he doesnt give a F*** about CS anymore or something else entirely.
Because I dont think everything is as happy and familylike in BIG as they make it seem, losses like that to Spirit and such are really showing what kind of fundamental problems that team has.
Xantares wanted to leave, what are you gonna do, force him to stay and play? This doesn't even work at the biggest football clubs. Player is unhappy? Give him more money, let him go or bench him. Simple as that.
And you make absolutely no sense anyways. If countries have more talent they wouldn't need to go international (like some danish or swedish teams). If you don't have enough local players that's when you go international. Or when you have some Sheik-money laying around.
Your knowledge is that of a 12 year old. Almsot as bad as your English. Both need improvement.

If Countries with more talent go International why Big go Full Germany? Sweden, French have more talent than Germany! All top teams from there go International cause you can get all the pieces you want that way.

Mantuu was playing a few years in the german leagues. i think he can speak german ok. So would be a very good change. But Syrson said he benched himself. maybe family is in hospital or his hand injury is back

No it's not. tabseN is IGLing for big since Coldzera joined with SK Gaming for MLG Colombus Major. But big didn't won anything. Check out the comments of Niko replies to big recent twitter. There individual play has nothing to do with IGL. tabseN only play for himself. His ratings are higher in every game because of that. But failed as a IGL. That's why big didn't won anything

Syrson was the first and so far the last one.
You can have a support awp player as slaxz thigh might be good enough vs a top 30 team.
But thats i, German top player pool is very empty.
Good for him. Now he has the chance to actually be successful and win tournaments

i think hyped is a good player and its good that he gets a chance now but i highly doubt he is the playmaker they need, in the current meta your team sucks if you have no impactful awp player

Hear me out.... Syrson has made next to no progression for a while now. He's playing alone a lot which makes him less impactful - and you can't be less impactful if you are the biggest burden on your team economy wise.
I don't think he's bad, I just think he his a ceiling and is struggling to go past. Think he's really good at what he does, just you have to be more flexible.
faven is sharp as a secondary awper, I wouldn't be surprised if they try to use him as a primary. I like his plays, he looks like he has a higher ceiling than syrson.
