Maps are not balanced, sadly on some maps it's far from uncommon to tie 10 rounds on CT side or to have 11-4 half. Also many teams have different dynamics on CT and T, case and point, baitF. Multifrags every CT rounds in the past year, on T rounds only gets exit frags. While foul things may be in play, you saying someone tied 10 rounds on CT side is nothing new. Way suspicious matches are found is by odd bets, eg, no one ever bets on X team and all of a sudden there's 50k worth of bets on that team winning their first force buy on T side.

there is a less than a handful of ppl at ESIC, they aim to get as much money from TOs as possible and when it comes to investigation they only will doit if its tier1 and big organisers contact them. Anything else even if they investigate, nothing happens...
