definitely none of the last 3 years trios, devve magisk & dupreeh clear all of them , they played in a bigger field with more events samples in a single year .

The number of people that underestimate NAVI 2021 is astonishing. Discarding them because "other teams where making changes" or "G2 no awper" or "Gambit onliners" or "Vitality with Kyojin and Misutaa". No. Teams were making changes BECAUSE NAVI were dominant not the other way around. 1. "G2 no awper". They got m0NESY in January 2022. They went out in the Legends stage of Antwerp and even failed to qualify for RIO. They placed 2nd in Katowice 2022 beating a strong NAVI (right when the war started mind you) and then nothing else till World Finals. Oh and group stage exit in Cologne losing to MRS and NIP. 2. "Vitality with misutaa and Kyojin". Right... Kyojin wasn't there in 2022. 9-12th Katowice, 9-11th Antwerp, 9-12th Cologne. Oh nice, 1 place EPL with Spinx, now we are cooking with gas. 9-12th in RIO. All this with the GOAT coach, Dupreeh, Magisk, and Spinx (for half of 2022). 3. "Gambit onliners". It's been over a year. sh1ro and Ax1Le place #3 and #4 in 2022. Surely they won something. 5-6th Katowice, 12-14th Antwerp. 9-12th Cologne, 5-8th RIO. The only LEGIT that was going to go through changes regardless was FaZe. And we saw how it went. And NAVI was still their main challenger. Vitality have not found stability and it took G2 a year to do it and become a strong team (after many disappointments, mind you). Anyways, back on topic. It's between device+dupreeh+magisk or s1mple+electronic+b1t. One won much more and was more dominant but they also had the GOAT IGL and one the best support/clutchers. While I think that NAVI's trio had a higher peak, they did not dominate as much as Astralis so I'll have to stick with them. Still, it's worth mentioning that while electronic's whole 2021 wasn't as good as the LAN portion, his performance during that period was just as good as his 2018 where he placed 4th with the entire year on LAN. So player for player, I'd take peak electronic over peak dupreeh. But for b1t, I think his tenure as a top rifler was a bit too short to go against Magisk. Again, I have to give it to Astralis trio due to its longer dominance and titles but talking strictly about firepower, they are not stronger than peak NAVI trio.

Since 2016? Csgo was realesed 2012. But no. the once that was the best trio in all time. Get_Right , F0rest and Friberg. they won 87 maps in a row. noone has since then not been even close.

Device, Dupreeh, Xyp Elige, NAF, Twistzz Cold, Fer and Fallen Ropz, Broky, Twistzz Niko, Rain, Guardian These are the contenders. The Astralis trio is not as good individually but obviously they won more then anyone else. The Liquid trio is as good individually (barring simple and an AWPer) but didn't win a major. The SK guys you could make an argument were better on achievements and stats. The 17 Faze is like the Liquid trio but won even less and for shorter period. The 22 Faze had a very similar run to the na'vi guys but not as good individually. IMO
