I remember when I was in high school, all of my class-mates whined something like "why we need to study these theorems and functions etc., we will never use them in real life". Even to my best friends I told like shut up and do your fkn exercises or gtfo. It's not about do you use or never use these things in real life, it improves your your brain and logical thinking.

school is not designed to teach you why the fuck plants reproduce through budding or what logarithm of X equals or what H2SiO3 stand for, why woudl you fucking know this stuff? its designed to keep your mind busy on a daily basis working and improving while doing things you dont like and more importantly dont need, because as a kid you are valued as zero to the society so do your homework and dont let your brain stratify
