They didn't make it to OT in Rio either? At least they made it to double digits on multiple maps and they honestly should've won both but threw. Rio they were never in it

They absolutely had a chance. So many post plants were thrown on Nuke and such a big lead was thrown away on Mirage. They had plenty of chances, they won force buys and had them close to the ropes but they threw it in the trash. Rio they never came close

I agree 100% IDC who wins its already a beautiful match to watch, I think all finals should be BO5 to emphasize teams' abilities to withstand long lasting matches

I respect that take, but IMO it should only be Katowice and Cologne. I could see Pro-Leauge as well because all the good teams are there. Maybe the majors, but the format of the playoffs of the majors is pretty solid.

I am confused why they didn’t pick Vertigo, G2 seems like a question mark on that, and Heroic always looks good on it. Also less of an aim map, which definitely helps when the other team is G2

This is not even G2 playing well or bad, heroic bought 2 awps and non of them shot at mid. Stavn caught jumping in mid and then cadiaN caught with nade in hand. SMH.

I agree. Though Heroic are simply playing their own style, G2 are just winning all of the aim-duels, which is to be expected.

Yeh ofc. Look at this inferno for example. Pure tactical approach from heroic to win the duels against G2 and could win without choking retakes.

Heroic is winning majority of the rounds they play as a team. Every round they keep going for individual duels, they lose the round. Every. Single. Round. It's a GG, it's just impossible to beat a team with three potential top 10 players and a support player that can be a top 20 caliber player and is arguably playing like a top 10-15 player.

how? They are literally the one team that has given G2 any challenge at all, they've made way closer scores than Na'Vi, FaZe and Liquid thus far, what more do you want? No one's gonna beat G2 now, but the fact that Heroic has the balls to still show up and push them to the limit is extremely commendable, there is absolutely no shame in losing to G2 at this very moment. Just stop betting man.
