Geez, when will people learn that having 5 great individual players doesn't make a great team? Look at prime Astralis - while they were all better invidually than now, only Device could be considered superstar, the rest was either good or very good, but not stars like Zywoo, S1mple, Monesy or Niko. Their chemistry and in-game cooperation though was suberb. If you just put them on paper vs. e.g. Faze of that time ( Karrigan, rain, Niko, Guardian, olof), Faze was stronger with individual power on paper yet still came short in games with Astralis. You have to find a proper mix of players who are obviously good enough individually, but more important is how they understand each other in-game, whether they feel good together on the server and most likely outside of it as well. Look at current Honoris - with grandpa Taz and Lunatic on paper they should be closer to top 100 than top 50 but they almost qualified for next IEM beating ENCE and almost beating BIG, now qualified for RMR quals. There were even close to top 50 with awfully performing Grashog. The system and flow between players create synergy giving higher results than individual skills could.

There is no org with money in PL. Also there are no top tier players from PL. Ofc snax or dych can play on good lvl but its 50/50 if they choke or not
