I guess it depends on which factors you value. I think his impact on the whole team spirit is very remarkable. I have never seen Niko being as down to earth as he is atm. Hooxi's mood isn't affected much by performance, he is generally always happy to some extent. This seemed to have rubbed off onto his teammates. The signing of two players with little to no ego, was very smart of G2 IMO.

After Hooxi joined G2 got out of the RMR losing against 1win and GL.Then they got out in quarters or something of Blast Spring even tho they had 1 month to prepare themselves. Now they got 16-6'd in Vertigo by C9, and barely won nuke against EF and MIBR, got 16-4'd in NUKE by Fnatic. What is performing better for you? I know, they won katowice but it wasnt bcz of Hooxi's calls but bcz jks literally had a 1,27 kd average in the tournament.

Karrigan and CadiaN make way more intelligent calls. CadiaN is pretty strategic since he is more about being in your opponents mind and forcing rotations, that's why heroic's best map is overpass. In karrigan's case, he is more about taking the info and improvising in-game, reads the enemy's moves and acts based on it, its not like he has specific strategies. Now in comparison, Hooxi's only calls are dependant on the team's firepower, ofc its pretty similar to karrigan's modus operandi, but its nowhere near as good nor better. I mean, hooxi tries to force rotations and depends a lot on the lurker to do something, otherwise his strats are mostly not good and end up on firepower.

"what is performing better for you?" idk maybe winning 2 big events back to back also part of being an IGL is actually LEADING your team ingame, managing their mental, and drawing out their strength, hooxi clearly is very good at these things and it shows with niko's interview and m0nesy's play

Just see how if jks isnt performing well, G2 goes back to the dependance on NiKo or M0nesy having to carry the team. Happened in the groups stage of EPL here m0nesy had to get 30k to win against EF. And depending on an inconsistent player such as m0nesy isnt something that will always let you in games imo.

You have Nexa twice. Best IGLs at the moment have to be Karrigan (FaZe is not doing well because Karrigan and Rain are too old to perform, which drags down the team, it's not due to leadership), Cadian, Jame, TabseN. The next best would be AleksiB, Nexa, HooXi, Nafany. Filling out the top 10 might be Mezii and Nitr0, other options are Snappi, Gla1ve, and Dexter.
