yeah but that kinda makes it mundane, you don't really think about it, it's not appreciated enough for what it does
but when you really think about it, when you actively search the pepper, it's really good
highly underrated. one my favorite foods is chicken thighs seasoned with salt and tons fresh cracked pepper. so simple yet so good. pepper actually has an amazing flavor and a bit of spiciness
+1 and there's plenty of variety too
Sometimes I eat crepes with just gruyere and black/assorted peppers and they're really nice, and for the desert crepes with lemon juice, sugar and pink pepper is really nice too
Only danger is to overdo it sometimes
same, even eating a full grain has a very sweet taste, very interesting.
But it's a pain to grind imo (or maybe mine isn't dry enough, that might be why)
