A lot of these players disappearances can be explained by old age or washed upness. Cromen did seem like a decent prospect that was never tested out fully on a good team. He just got to be a ringer. Obo is one of the good ones that disappeared. Nifty was good but his project with sh!tty washed NA players failed. What was it, envy?

While true, it's rumored that Mir just plays his own game, doesn't communicate nor listens to others. And if those rumors are true, he shouldn't be playing team game. Sadly there's no big solo esport shooter since Quake Champions kind of flopped and Unreal Tournament was canceled because Epic don't do anything except for Fortnite now in terms of games.

Jayzar was playing in IEM RIO 2022 RMR open qualy with GRGECHI mix team alongside HOLMES, choiv7, VLDN and aybeN. They performed really good and they managed to get to top 32 and top 16 beating some well known names such as Honoris (x2), HEET, Endpoint etc. Sadly choiv and VLDN went back to iNation and Jayzar is still playing with HOLMES in GRGECHI mix but with some lesser known names (rafftu, v1ltrex, necrogenes1s etc.)
