Over 8k for sure, unfortunately one day they will get only +1-5 elos for every won match because of elo difference between them and enemies

It has nothing to do with the enemies lmao , it has to do with who you q up in your party . So if they have an avg of 8k elo and everyone has like 8000-7500 elo . They will get the normal stuff like +15

What :D the elo system comes straight from chess which doesnt have teammates. It works the same
