While in meditation mode you let your subconscious speak through symbols, which you catch - you "catch the flow". Thinking just about s3x means you have tons of energy, which you use in destructive way - am I correct? Sublimating energy into living fully, in a creative, in your own way is the way to go

Try to breath thru you diafragma and concentrate on "nothing", just let it happen.

Just sit down, close your eyes, try to have a good posture and just breathe as deep and slow as you can. After about 3-6min of this depending on the day, you should start to ease into it, which means the distractions will be weaker and weaker, until you are easily able to let them glide through you.

I can say that I benefit greatly from the meditation practice in various different aspects. I'm calmer throughout the day and a lot less stressed when faced with problems and difficulties. I sleep much better. Also I am more focussed and think less. Plus spiritual development of course, which I don't want to go into that deeply right now, because these results vary quite a bit from person to person anyways. I like to switch between concentrating on breath, whatever I see(e.g. watching flame of a candle or a simple shape/object works well, too) and on whatever I hear. Ofcourse without analysing, judging or interpretting. Also always start by consciously relaxing your body.

depends you could concentrate on your breath, or sounds around you if your aim is to calm down then focus on the breathing and make sure your exhale is longer than your inhale notice how the heart rate slows down on the exhale similarly if you want to be more awake, inhale longer than exhale

everyday, 15min I have an audio with birds singing, flowing water and so on, chakra bowls are nice also concentrate on stop the thinking

Breathing exercises is proven to help you, doesn’t have to be meditating though. It helps with recovery etc

I think I live partly in a meditative state anyways, so I see no reason anymore. It's just sitting at this point. Which can be good relaxation and self-immersion, but there's "nothing to get" there, except that which already & always is.
