Imagine how b1t would've sucked if they brought him into the main roster right off the bat instead of gradually introducing him into it by allowing to play certain maps? I guarantee if it was the case with npl he'd do much better in NaVi. There are many talented CIS players, but NaVI need someone young who can still learn new things and someone within their system.

Blade said in an interview that the decision was ambiguous. The whole team with b1ad3 wanted to keep sdy. (I guess even s1mple said to keep sdy ironically) But management didnt wanted to offer 25 y.o sdy long term contract. I would fire this management that interferes with team decisions and drag team down

He was the best player from their academy team. And he is a very good riffler. He doesn't have the best results in NIP because they are using him as AWP-er. He is also good with the sniper but I believe he would have been better as a riffler and secondary awp-er as I said above. So no, I am not trolling.

ceo has no voice in picking the players, it's all on b1ad3, he decides who to pick and then consult with s1mple but he is fully responsible for the roster. As I observe ceo only put veto on russian players, but everything else is up to b1ad3.
