It is a small sample size I admit but it shows that karrigan doesn't need big firepower to win. He won a handful of events with that MOUZ roster with only ropz in the top 20.

yes gla1ve was objectivly only good while playing with device xyp9x dupreeh magisk/kyaerbye and is trash for most of his career karrigan at the top for 15 years and igl many teams to great success

He is objectively wrong considering Astralis was ranked the best team in 2020 (According to HLTV) with 4 different stand-ins. (Jugi, Snappi, Es3tag and Bubzkji). Astralis was also a consistent tier 1 team without Device in 2021. Imagine if you took S1mple away from NAVI, i would bet my left nut they don't remain a tier one team if they replaced him with a 5th man rifler. In 2016 Gla1ve qualified himself as a stand-in with Astralis for the major play-offs. Even Zonic was playing as a stand-in and only narrowly lost to VP. Astralis have been a consistent top team for 5-6 years with Gla1ve at the helm. Karrigan Failed with the same Astralis roster, his "Super-team" in faze won a good amount of tier 1 events but could never win the biggest ones and ultimately kicked him. Mouz was a big success but never get anywhere near Astralis. They won 3 tier 2 events that Astralis didn't participate in and one tier 1 event. Don't even mention the Envy project. Karrigan signs with face in february 2021 and would only become a serious contender in february 2022 when they sign their 4rth top 20 player. Karrigan is a great IGl. But he can never create a legacy team like Gla1ve did.

not a bad call but gla1ve should have used his smoke for the molly prolly tilted. But 5v4 for them, means mostly 2 people on b site, 1 has to be ct side and 1 site somewhere, easy trades and good postplant, can win round but he just didnt use his smoke on the molly

I honestly don't think so... people still praise him like he's some kind of super igl but he never really achieved anything apart of the success of Astralis during their era, but their success has almost nothing to do with his igling. I admit he had some good midround calls during that time but that doesn't make him goat. Karrigan for example is way more successful igl given what he achieved with multiple teams

the only team i can think of that karrigan did very well ( close to glave with astralis ) was and still is faze , everything else he was in , he was basically a 6 month merchant (while being surrounded with one of the top tier players ) we can go back and forth with this discussion all you want you know it will go no where is glave overrated ? sure you can say that , is he the most overrated ? nah not even close having said that , glave still has alot of time in his career ( i think ) so until he retires there is no saying wether he is the GOAT or not
