There is more to statistics than just impact.
Only NAF is really consistent on the team but they don't need to change EliGe at all.
yeki used to have over 1.30 impact rating. the fact he dropped so much means he is not having enough impact to help the team win. As a super aggressive entry frag, if he does not succeed it drops the chances of liquid winning the round by a lot. He also takes a lot of space from osee. If osee had more opportunities and freedom like he had on extra salt he would have a way better rating.
he discussed his role on the team with Jame, describing himself as more of an igl and entry fragger than a star player. yes, he does occupy the majority of the team's space, but his priority during the early stages of the round is gathering information rather than fragging out. he had teammates who could do the calling and play around him while he was on VP as opposed to liquid where there is no structure (in my opinion).

I still don't agree that EliGe is solely to blame, though.
oSee whiffing too many bullets, has literally nothing to do with „fantasy system“
Liquid as a team is definitely prioritizing the riflers in terms of what reasources are given to each player. However I think it BECAUSE Osee is missing some easy shots. If he started being a little more consistent in the shots he takes I'm sure the team would be more than happy to give him more space in the team (who would say no to free AWP entries every round).
Basically while its true Osee has a very supportive roles within the team, I don't that is a valid reason to justify him doing below what is expected.
hit more shots -> upgrade to a more agressive/in the pack AWP -> continue hitting shots and have a better rating and impact in the team.
It all stems from hitting shots more consistently.
I do think he's doing decently though, no need to kick him unless they want to get an EU AWPer and take the risk.

Osee is used to being more of a combat awper like he was on extra salt and beingmore proactive. Being placed as a support based awper probably makes him more uncomfortable and is probably a part of the reason why he sometimes misses "easy" shots. not 100% the reason of course but being outside your comfort zone and having so much pressure does not help at all I assume.
dont worry, now he will get 1.3-1.4 rating against tier5 atoms and slighty boost his stats to people forget for a few days how washed he is
