Just arch your outer thumb and press both. Or talk with ctrl. But id just talk with a mouse button then even if its bad for your aim

That is true. Somebody uses like "I, H, J, K" for movement, that I remember though cannot remeber who. There are some wird people out there. Also most likely some that while using W for forward do not use D for right. I personally use mouse5 for microphone.

I have Caps Lock but it's not that convenient really. I used to have it on mouse but it fucked up the aim when trying to speak and shoot. Maybe should try Space or V though atm I have jump-throw on V.
