lunch: salad with fresh vegetables (+olive oil) half of avocado japanese omelette (2 eggs) dark chocolate w/o sugar protein chia smoothie (coconut milk + protein serving + chia seeds) peanut butter dinner: big plate of steamed vegetables mixed with sunflower seeds, half of avocado, 2 eggs, olive oil protein chia smoothie (same as above) a cup of soaked walnuts (sometimes pistachio or cashew if I need a bit more carbs)

I used to hit gym on empty stomach when I ate OMAD, and my performance was probably even better than after eating lunch and going gym 4 hours after. Probably hardly believable for you, I understand, but actually many people do that, google it.

been eating in a 4-6 hour window for almost a decade, never feel lethargic, cranky or constipated. if you're lethargic you're either not getting enough nutrients or calories, if you're cranky you're withdrawing from sugar and shouldn't have ate like shit in the first place, if you're constipated you're not getting enough fiber in your diet. not only is intermittent fasting great for you, fasting multiple days a couple times a year is even better for you. if you think stressing your body is always bad then excercise and sauna would take years off your life.

I just feel like throwing up when thinking about food after i wake up. I don't even feel hungry at all. But after couple of hours it naturally comes to me and it's fine. I honestly have this my entire life, never wanted to eat after waking up, not even as a child :D And to your question, I'm completely healthy as far as i know :D

On toast I always just put a nice butter (not low fat or salt reduced) and vegemite, but sometimes peanut butter. Jam is also really nice on toast or honey too.

If I eat early in the morning, like 8 am my stomach feels bad then for the next couple of hours (especially if coffee is included) , so I hate breakfast since childhood Anybody knows why by any chance lol My parents thought I was trolling
