been eating in a 4-6 hour window for almost a decade, never feel lethargic, cranky or constipated. if you're lethargic you're either not getting enough nutrients or calories, if you're cranky you're withdrawing from sugar and shouldn't have ate like shit in the first place, if you're constipated you're not getting enough fiber in your diet.
not only is intermittent fasting great for you, fasting multiple days a couple times a year is even better for you. if you think stressing your body is always bad then excercise and sauna would take years off your life.
