Changing Peripheral position for refreshed feeling and better performance

Sometimes I aim extremely good and I realize the potential I have, but then after a few days everything feels so stale and boring and I naturally start performing worse, my aim starts sucking again and I'm left wondering what happened to all my capabilities I possessed before? But I have noticed a trend that whenever I change my mouse/keyboard position, or even the way that I angle them or don't angle them etc etc... I tend to actually go back to being a great player, it's almost like I feel "refreshed" in a way. I wonder if any of you guys experience this aswell? - Now the fix to this you might say: "Just change it up more often", but I wonder if I change it up too often, that in itself will become the "usual" and lose its effect because of it, so my rhetorical question (which I'm looking answers for) is how the heck do I optimize and take advantage of this so that I'm always feeling fresh?

Not at all, if it were placebo then I would have to believe it before I try it, which wasn't the case at first, now of course there could be a bit of placebo simply because I'm aware of it.

Yes I believe this is true and it is much more talked about in the community, I guess the objective here is to limit the amount of fatigue one has to playing CS, but then you can't necessarily play as much and become better which feels... counter-productive?

same like you cant train yourself everyday at gym without any rest days. you need to let your mind rest for some days. go do small dm / aimbotz session and call it a day

I guess I should limit my "rest-days" to analyzing demos of myself and learning csgo theory with a bit of aim training to remain aim-capable then? How often do you think I should play a game like every other day 2 games for example?

I feel like this would be a slight bit too late, I think taking preventative measures would allow for a more sustainable system
