Do you guys think the gap between tiers is that huge? Like FORZE have been low t2/high t3 for a long ass time. Not to mention that these teams whitout partner spots have to GRIND the shit out of online games to obtain a decent HLTV ranking. They play so many games in a month that its normal they will lose to shitters online. Has nothing to do with matchfixing (a few teams probably do but FORZE nah).

Zorte average sniper. Shalfey more inconsistent than k0nfig. r3salt academy player, no experience. Krad is full bot. They have decent overpass and thats it

Ence has a new Player with Nertz, so they need to switch Positions and maybe also change Strats etc. This just needs time. And Ence has still Maden who is inconsistent and i dont know why this guy is still in Ence. Some great maps and on others absolutly trash. Often overpeeks or did brainless movements.
