I don't trust junior anymore. He did the same in bnb b4 joing coL, he was a beast and folded in tier 1. Same happened before he joined furia. He is a stomper in low tiers but folds in tier 1.

poizon sucked when he got his last opportunity. Woxic was good for EF but I think he has a complex personality and that makes him a tough fit for any team.
Mantuu however, is a fairly solid option. Not super consistent but his floor is often higher than most other awpers available right now.

woxic was a beast iin 2019 with karrigan. i think he needs a good friendly igl and i think he might be succesfull in EG

To be fair that's because Karrigan let woxic do literally whatever he wanted, and the team just played around his chaos, not every team can work that way.
And even if it can, the awper has to be performing really well, that's why when woxic performed poorly in 2020, dying to pistols and giving over the awp and causing them to lose the round because woxic decided to play super aggressively on an anti eco round. And stuff like this, Kerrigan started reeling woxic in and micro managing him. But woxic didn't like that and it caused tension in the team.
I think if anything this reflects poorly on woxic. It goes to show that he has one playstyle and only one playstyle , that he needs to play it or it causes problems, AND the playstyle requires insane consistent skill. And woxic seems In worse form than 2018/19
woxic had too many chances, poizon unfortunately is quite done and mantu is too inconsistent. regali would be good though.

i like minus but hes been inactive recently.
junior is literally the only awp upgrade in NA rn over wiz.
unless they somehow convince yay to come back to cs as an awper, which would still be a huge gamble

But it depends the length of that performances.... for example im pretty sure a good amount of hltv "experts" barely remember the performance of different pros in two years ago, and how it varied along that year...

Actually the recency bias is more relative to your opinion. Sprout did ok with refrezh, you're right, but as a whole he's been atrocious on LAN and was a large part of Heroic's issues in offline events.
He's really not a better performer than Hext, which is kind of sad to admit all things considered.

Brehze is past his prime and not a good support player, at least Auti can support and hybrid second awp, plus he has a good brain for the game and can support IGLs.

Even on the best version of EG Brehze was falling off hard, I think he should be the first to go. Longest to be there, should be the first one gone before others go.
could have gone swisher or jeorgesnorts and replaced wiz with an EU AWPer
EG most braindead org of all time, now they have 2 EU players and 3 NA ones, and they can't get an EU AWPer and are stuck with wiz...

refrezh can be an okay support at best, a small upgrade over hext.
meanwhile, you keep wiz and brehze who are doing terrible in star roles.
I hope they trial some of the secondary guys, Jeorge/viz/Junior/Pwn all deserve chances.
Jonji and momo even deserve a trial since surely they have more potential than Brehze.

it could, but refrezh wasnt really a good caller and it still doesnt fix the firepower issue, let's hope they trial the EG Black and White guys and they work out cause if not this roster will be just as bad as the last one.
it's a real shame cause tbh I think EG main is the worst EG roster, EG White and Black would've made the RMR.
If you need help with calls, you already have Autimatic who's been an IGL's best friend on every team he's been on. they really needed a firepower upgrade over this.
