I came to this thread to say "well he is a strong support so obviously quite a few teams would benefit from adding him" but then the more I thought about it the less teams I could atually name. I guess in the end OG could go for him as he is an upgrade over f1ku? And maybe CoL would want to switch things up with a dedicated support, but that's rather unlikely... overall I guess interz has no place in top tier CS currently, which is rather surprising, as he is quite good.
